Things are really starting to warm up, and it’s only January! The new Spring 2008 products from Estee Lauder are inspired by two seaside escapes: Nantucket and Newport. The makeup is classical with sheer eyes, defined lips, and luminous skin, and there’s even a new fragrance called Pure White Linen Light Breeze — a rendition of the widely popular White Linen scent. But more on that next week.

The Nantucket Sun Collection features green and coral earthy shades, and the Newport Rose Collection contains cool blue and pink shades. Since these new lines are simply variations on each other, they are collectively called the Pure White Linen Collection. And as a little something special, you can find a shell-embossed detail inside the Shimmering Shell Powder as well as on the outside of the Golden Powder Compact. (Don’t you just love how EL elegantly takes things to the next level?)
